Raya Harnik |
| Raya Harnik was born in Berlin in 1933 and came to pre-state Israel as a young child. She studied sociology and education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and edited documentary programs for Israel Radio for several years. She has written three books of poetry, six children`s books and a book of non-fiction. Now retired, she works as a volunteer at the Spielberg Foundation. She was awarded the Ze`ev Prize for My Brother Giora (1994). |
