Aharon Shabtai

Aharon Shabtai (1939, b. Tel Aviv, Israel) studied ancient Greek Literature at the Hebrew University. He teaches at Tel Aviv University. Known as a poet, he also translates Greek drama. His poetry, translated into French, has been critically acclaimed.
