Amir Gutfreund

Amir Gutfreund was born in Haifa in 1963 and lives now in Tel Aviv. After studying applies mathematics at the Technion, where he received a MSc., he joined the Israeli Air Force where he presently works in the field of mathematical research. Gutfreund has received the Sapir Prize for The Shoreline Mansions (2003) and the Book Publishers Association`s Gold Book Prize for Our Holocaust (2006).
