Rights/Literary Agency
ITHL acts as literary agent to more than 250 leading Hebrew authors of adult and juvenile fiction and poetry, and sells rights to foreign publishers. Negotiations and contracts for any of the titles in our catalogues must be conducted through the Institute or its authorized representatives.

ITHL holds translation rights to many of the titles it offers for consideration; in other instances it acts as agent only. For title titles not yet translated into the required language, publishers may select their own translator, subject to approval by the Institute. It is of major concern to us that a high standard of translation be maintained; where possible, we also help to assess new translators.
