Meet the Participants of the Third Translators’ Residency

We are excited to introduce the participants in our third Translators’ Residency – a residency program dedicated to the translation of Hebrew literature into foreign languages, to be held from February 1-12, 2026, at the Keshet Eilon Center in Kibbutz Eilon, in the Western Galilee.

The program is based on paired work, with each early-career translator mentored by an experienced translator.

The residency will also include a festive public evening event – details coming soon.

The translators participating in this year’s residency are:

• Rosie Pinhas Delpuec & Ilan Bloch (French)

• Markus Lemke & Judith Wetzka (German)

• Raffaella Scardi & Rocco Rosignoli (Italian)

• Jessica Cohen & Galia Vurgan (English)

• Lenka Bukovská & Alžběta Glancová (Czech)
