A heavenly, amusing story. A cheeky little star insults Mr Moon, who goes off to sulk. And the more he sulks the smaller he gets, until he disappears completely. Then everyone gets worried, and they all have a meeting. A poet comes, and a pair of lovers, and children who love the moon, and cats and owls, and comets and planets too. And together they decide to say sorry to Mr Moon and to give him a present. The children`s idea for a present is the best-a soft, snuggly bed all made of clouds, so he`ll be comfortable during the day! Mr Moon is appeased, and he comes back at night, radiant and round.
