Shachar Magen

Shachar Magen was born in Israel in 1976 and has a BA in film and televison studies from Tel Aviv University. He worked for Maariv daily and later as cultural editor for Ynet, the online news site of Israel’s largest mass-circulation daily, Yedioth Ahronoth. Magen has directed a number of documentary films and writes screenplays for television. At present, he is working on his second novel.
