We’re thrilled to reveal that Lihi Lapid’s celebrated work, On Her Own will be made available to English readers through HarperCollins. Restless, a renowned publisher based in New York, is set to release Sand by Einat Yakir and A Moonless Night, a children’s tale penned by Etgar Keret, Shira Geffen and David Polonsky. Mrs. Rothschild’s Love by Sarah Aharoni published in Hungarian by Könyvek.  

Further enriching the global literary landscape, Zeruya Shalev’s Fate will find a home in French courtesy of Gallimard. Yishai Sarid’s Limassol is being translated into Spanish by Sigilo editorial, while Donkey by Sami Berdugo, a recipient of the Sapir Prize, is destined for Azerbaijani shelves by Alatoran. In the United States, readers will soon enjoy Hanoch Levin’s timeless prose collection, A Man Standing Behind a Sitting Woman, by Coffe House Press.

The narrative of friendship between Nurit Gertz and Amos Oz, What Was Lost in Time, anticipates publication in Turkey by Arketon. The story of Uri and Sami‘s friendship written by Dalya B. Cohen will be published in another Italian edition by Giunti Editore.

“Shelter”, a poignant collection curated by the Institute in the wake of the events of October 7th, is set for publication in Spanish by Nagrela Editores and will be adapted into a German theatre production.
