Asher Kravitz

Asher Kravitz was born in Jerusalem in 1969 and still lives there today. He has a BSc in physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Kravitz is a photographer; he also has a pilot’s license for single-engine planes. He served two years in the national police unit for investigating serious crimes and has taught mathematics and logic at the Hebrew University. At present, he teaches mathematics and physics at the Open University and at the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
Kravitz has received the Publishers Association’s Gold Book Prize for three of his bestselling books (2008; 2015) and the Publishers Association’s Platinum Book Prize for The Jewish Dog (2008).
