Leftsock

This is a story about the mystery of disappearing socks; it is also about love, loyalty, and relationships.

Why are we always losing our socks? Where do they hide while we`re looking for them? How is it that a long-lost sock suddenly reappears? And what can all this tell us about human nature, about devotion, and about the bonds we share with one another?

One day, Leftsock decides he is tired of his life; even though he loves his companion, he isn`t sure he`s ready to commit to a relationship. He feels the need to step out of his boring routine, be himself and live an exciting life. He leaves his home and, together with his striped friend, escapes to the secret valley of lost socks. In this exciting new place, he is welcomed by dozens of other socks, from dozens of homes and dozens of countries. After many happy days, he realizes one evening that something is missing: his companion. So he returns home and is reunited with his love, hoping she will not decide to escape to the secret valley herself one day.
